What these terms cover

These are the terms for using BlogReach, operated by TechAbout LLC. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

They govern the commercial relationship: what we do, what you owe, what we owe you, and where each side's responsibility ends.

What BlogReach is

We are a marketplace, and we are more than an introduction service. We hold buyer payments in escrow, we verify listings before they appear, we monitor delivered links, and we decide disputes with a binding outcome that moves money.

We say this plainly because the opposite claim — that we merely connect two parties and bear no responsibility — would contradict the guarantee we offer and would not be honest.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract.
• One account per person or business. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Buying a placement

• Checkout adds a 5% payment fee to the listed price.
• Payment is held in escrow and released to the publisher on your approval, or automatically after 3 days if you do not respond.
• You supply the target URL and anchor text. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you link to and for the content you supply.
• Cancelling after work has begun applies a $2.00 fee.

Selling on your site

• We take 20% of each sale. You keep 80%.
• Earnings clear after 30 days and can be withdrawn from $50, less a 5% withdrawal fee.
• You must own the site or hold documented authorisation to sell on it, and must say which.
• Metrics on your listing are measured by us from third-party providers. You may not misrepresent them.
• You must keep a delivered link live and unchanged for the guarantee period, including its rel attribute.
• One live offer per site per seller.

The link guarantee

Guest posts are covered for 12 months and link insertions for 6 months from delivery. We monitor the link and open a case automatically if it stays broken past the repair window.

The guarantee covers the link remaining as agreed. It is not a promise about rankings, indexing, traffic or any commercial result, and no part of this service should be read as one.

Disputes

A case is decided by us, and our decision on releasing or reversing escrowed funds is final for the purposes of the platform. Every decision carries a written reason.

This does not remove any right you have to take a matter elsewhere; it means the money held on the platform is released according to our decision.

What you must not do

• Move a transaction off-platform to avoid fees after making contact here.
• Misrepresent ownership of a website, or manipulate metrics.
• Order or place content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that promotes hate or harm.
• Publish content that breaches a site's declared policies on gambling, crypto, CBD, adult or link-exchange placements.
• Interfere with the platform, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access another account.
• Use the affiliate programme to refer yourself, or to generate orders you control.

Suspension and termination

We may pause a listing, suspend an account, freeze a wallet during an open dispute, reject a payout, or close an account for breach of these terms.

Where we suspend for a live investigation we will say why. Money owed to you that is not the subject of a dispute is not forfeited by suspension.

You may close your account at any time. Open orders must complete or be cancelled first.

Our liability

We are responsible for the commitments we actually make: holding your payment, monitoring delivered links, and honouring the guarantee as described.

We are not liable for the commercial outcome of a placement, for a publisher's editorial decisions, for search-engine treatment of any link, or for anything you agreed outside the platform.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you supplied, links you asked for, a site you listed without the right to, or your breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The platform, its content and its marks belong to us. You keep ownership of content you supply, and grant us the licence needed to deliver it to a publisher and to keep the order record.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is 2026-08-03. Material changes are notified in advance, and continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the place you live.
