Who we are

BlogReach is a marketplace for guest posts and link placements, operated by TechAbout LLC from 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What we collect, and why

We collect what the marketplace needs to work. Nothing here is collected to sell on.

• Account — your name, email and password. A password is stored hashed and we cannot read it.
• Orders — what you bought, the target URL and anchor text you supplied, the delivered post URL, and the amounts.
• Money — your wallet balance and the ledger of transactions behind it.
• Messages — conversations between buyers and publishers, and support tickets you open.
• Publisher records — the sites you list, your ownership proof, and payout details you give us.
• Technical — ordinary request data such as IP address and browser, handled by our infrastructure to serve and secure the site.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payments by card are entered directly with Stripe, and we keep only the payment reference, amount and status.

Referral tracking

If you arrive through a partner link we store a referral cookie for 90 days so the partner can be credited. Against each click we store the destination page, the referring site, a broad device type, and a one-way hash of your browser and network address.

We do not store your raw IP address against a click. The hash exists only to recognise a repeat visit so a partner is not credited twice for the same person.

Publisher analytics connections

A publisher may connect Google Analytics and Search Console to prove they own a site and to show its traffic. We request read-only access, and we store aggregated figures for that site plus an encrypted token to refresh them.

We do not receive information about individual visitors to a publisher's website, and the connection can be revoked at any time from your Google account.

Who we share it with

Only the processors listed on this page, and only what each one needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and marketing data is kept while your account is open and removed on request.

Financial and order records are kept as accounting evidence and cannot be deleted on request. Orders, payments, wallet ledgers, placements and disputes are reversed or closed rather than erased, because they are the record of money that moved between two other parties.

This is a legal obligation and a fairness one: the other side of a transaction is entitled to the record too.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong, or change it yourself in your account.
• Ask us to delete your account and anything not covered by the retention rules above.
• Object to marketing email at any time — transactional email about your own orders continues while an order is live.
• Clear the referral cookie in your browser at any point.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. API keys and connection tokens are stored encrypted. Sensitive actions are rate-limited and protected against cross-site request forgery, and signing in elsewhere ends other sessions when a password is changed.

No system is perfect. If something happens that affects you, we will tell you.

Children

BlogReach is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
