Questions
How does the tracking actually work?
Every click on your link is recorded server-side and sets a 90-day cookie before the page loads, so it does not depend on JavaScript running. When that person signs up, they are bound to you permanently for the life of the window.
What if someone clicks two partners' links?
First touch wins. Once a buyer is bound to a partner we do not re-bind them to whoever linked them most recently, so nobody can poach an existing referral.
When does commission become withdrawable?
It is created the moment a referred order completes, then clears 45 days later once that order's refund window has closed. If the order is refunded or a dispute goes against the publisher, the commission is voided with it.
How do I get paid?
Request a payout once you hold at least $25 in cleared commission. We review payouts before sending. If one is rejected the commissions go straight back into your available balance.
Can I tell which of my channels is working?
Yes. Add a sub-ID to any link and every click, signup and commission from it is reported separately, with clicks, orders and earnings per source.
Can I refer myself?
No. Commission is never created when the buyer's email matches the partner's, and the same check runs at attribution and at order time.
What happens after 12 months?
The 5% repeat commission runs for 12 months from that buyer's first order. The 10% first-order commission is paid once, whenever they first buy.
